Our Return Policy is simple...Return your material in the original packaging up to 7 days after the purchase date for a full refund, no questions asked.
- You may return material for a full money back refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges up to 7 days after the purchase date.
- An RA number is required to return an item. Return authorizations may be requested from Customer Service.
- Returned or exchanged products must be in "as new" condition and must be in the original package.
- Material missing the original boxes or packaging or damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned.
- Securely package the product and include the approved Return Authorization Form (this will be emailed to you directly from customer service) and a copy of the original invoice/packing slip.
- Ship the parcel back with freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
- Return shipping cost is not refundable.
- Please allow up to 8 business days upon receipt for your return, exchange or refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
- Items identified as "Special Order" or that required any custom cutting, machining or plating are not eligible for return.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department, however, you can return the item for a full refund.
