How do I purchase items from FMW Fasteners?

FMW Fasteners only accepts orders submitted through our web store.  Once you’ve found an item you wish to purchase, just click on the “Add to Cart” button and the item will be placed in your Shopping Cart.

Is there an easy way to re-order items I have purchased in the past?

Yes there is.  Login to your account and select the "My Account" link in the upper right hand portion of the home page.  On the "My Account" page you will see an option, "Re-Order Items."  This will provide you a list of all items you have purchased and their last purchase date.  Simply select the items you wish to purchase and click on the "Re-Order Items" button to add them to your shopping cart.

I forget my password.  How can I login?

Click on the "Login" link from the home page and directly beneath the password field you will see a link, "click here if you have forgotten your password."  Clicking this, the system will ask you for your password hint.  If a password hint hasn’t been set up for your account or if you can’t remember your hint, there is a secondary link, "click here and we will email you instructions."  This will generate an email that will step you through resetting your password.

I need to make a return.  What's the best way?

Select the "Contact Us" link and provide your sales order number (SO#*******) in the message box along with any other required fields and submit an email to customer service.  You will be provided with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions via email on how to complete your return to FMW Fasteners.
