Placing Your Order:
We only accept orders through our online store. Our "per piece" pricing as well as wholesale or bulk pricing is indicated on our website. We do not offer any additional volume or distributor discounts beyond our wholesale pricing. In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you within one business day. We charge your credit card only at time of actual shipment of item.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that your order has not entered the shipping process. If your order has already entered the shipping process it cannot be cancelled, however, you can return the order for a full refund.
Local Pickup (Houston, Texas only):
We offer local pickup at our Houston warehouse Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Just select this as your shipping method in your shopping cart and we'll send you a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Free Shipping and Economy Shipping:
For your convenience and cost savings, we offer both flat rate economy shipping and free shipping. Either method allows our fulfillment team to select the most economical carrier to deliver your shipment. If your shipping address can't be serviced by both UPS and USPS, then you should select a specific shipping carrier that you know can service your delivery location.
We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments where your shipping address can't be serviced by a particular carrier, but economy or free shipping was selected.
