We offer a simple, "No Hassle" Return Policy...if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase and will issue you a full refund once received. All we ask is that your material is unused and in the original packaging. We can even provide you with a shipping label.
How to Make a Return
1. Contact Customer Service to receive your return authorization and your pre-paid shipping label.
2. Pack your return.
3. Attach your return label.
4. Drop off your shipment at any UPS shipping location.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When using our prepaid shipping labels, your refund will be reduced by $10.00. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping labels, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.
Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, FPO/APO Addresses
We currently offer prepaid shipping labels for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states only, however, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or at an FPO/APO address, you may return your order at your own expense using any trackable and insured shipping method.
Returning Items Delivered by Freight
Due to the complexity of freight shipments, we are happy to help arrange your return shipment to us with the freight company. Returns via freight are shipped at your own expense.
